Welcome to [Funcall], a service owned and operated by Supernova Partners ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing and using our automated call services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Service Description
Funcall, owned by Supernova Partners, provides an automated one-time phone call service where users can input a recipient’s number and a custom or pre-recorded message to be delivered. The service is digital and non-refundable once processed.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

  • You must provide accurate information, including phone numbers and payment details.

  • Our Services may not be used for harassment, fraud, or any illegal activities.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in USD and subject to change.

  • Payments are processed through Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.

  • Promotional discounts and free trials are subject to availability and restrictions.

5. Copyright, Intellectual Property & Publicity Rights

  • Funcall, under Supernova Partners, does not use or promote the use of copyrighted voices, including celebrity impersonations, unless explicit permission or legal licensing is obtained.

  • Users are strictly prohibited from submitting copyrighted audio, impersonations, or AI-generated voices that violate intellectual property laws.

  • The use of AI-generated celebrity voices without proper authorization may violate U.S. right of publicity laws, copyright laws, and consumer protection laws, as well as similar regulations in Israel and other jurisdictions.

  • We reserve the right to block, cancel, or remove any orders that violate copyright or publicity rights and may report violations to the relevant authorities.

6. User Responsibility & Legal Compliance

  • Users must ensure they have legal rights to use any content submitted for an AI-generated call.

  • Funcall is not responsible for any legal claims arising from unauthorized use of celebrity voices or impersonations.

  • Users agree not to use Funcall for misleading, deceptive, defamatory, or unlawful purposes, including creating false endorsements or prank calls that violate wiretapping or harassment laws.

7. Prank Calls & Consumer Protection

  • Some jurisdictions prohibit automated or AI-generated prank calls without consent.

  • Users are required to obtain consent from both the buyer and the recipient before placing an AI call.

  • Funcall reserves the right to terminate access if calls violate robocall laws (TCPA in the U.S.) or Israeli consumer protection laws.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of digital calls, no refunds will be issued once the call has been initiated.

  • If a technical issue prevents a call from being completed, please contact support within 24 hours for assistance.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any misuse of the service by customers.

  • We are not liable for damages arising from service disruptions, incorrect inputs, or third-party failures.
